OUR COOKIES

Yes, it's me. "The Classic" everybody knows and loves. I am the quintessential cookie: crisp exterior, soft and chewy interior, with creamy milk chocolate chunks, and a dash of sea salt. Does that sea salt addition sound strange? Would a classic cookie like me lead you astray with an unpalatable flavor combination? I think not! Order

Sometimes, I feel left out, like maybe nobody likes me. So what if I don't have any chocolate in me? I have local honey and dried cranberries. I'm chewy and sweet, but not too sweet or too chewy, thanks to the crunchy, lightly salted cashews and the addition of ground flaxseed thrown in. I'm like an all natural pick-me-up cookie! Order

I have oatmeal. And dark chocolate chips. And pecans. And dried tart cherries. I have everything you would ever want in a cookie. You don't even have to think about these other cookies. It's me you want. You know it. Order

Unlike my brother Milk Chocolate Chunk, I've got dark chocolate chips. And not just one kind of chocolate like him. I have two types of dark chocolate chips. I also have a sprinkling of sea salt. I mean, we are brothers, after all. Order

You can like me, it's okay. Because who wouldn't like a soft, dark chocolate cookie? But like I said, it's okay to like me…even if i'm Gluten-Free and Vegan. You don't even have to tell that to anyone. Just tell them I'm chocolately and delicious.Order

I don't mean to shout, but really, I'm not a Snickerdoodle. I'm just not. Snickerdoodles usually have cinnamon in them. Me? Well, cinnamon and I had a falling out. We just couldn't be together anymore. When we lived together, cinnamon would leave bark all over the place. And then I would hear other pastries talk about how cinnamon was hanging out with them. And don't get me started on cinnamon's friend, nutmeg. Sorry, I don't mean to dwell on the past. Anyway, I'm much happier now. I have browned butter and caramel undertones, and big, crunchy sugar crystals on top. And you know, people like me. They do. Really. Order

Some people say I taste like cereal milk. Some people say I'm the best sugar cut-out cookie they've tasted. Perhaps. All I know is that I like to change shapes, because that's what I do best: change shapes and icing colors. You can't always wear black frosting, or white frosting, or pink sprinkles…wait. That's a pretty cool combination… Order

I know, you're thinking: "Cornflakes? That's a lame cereal. How can cornflakes make a cookie any better?" But I have it all. I'm buttery, crunchy, chewy, and chippy…? I've got caramelized and toasted cornflakes, chewy marshmallows, and chocolate chips. I'm really tasty. Once you go cornflake, you never go back. Order

**Coming Soon** — "Eeeetsa meee! Mascarpone!" Sorry, sometimes I talk like I'm from Italy, and use that Mario voice. Some say I'm more cake-like; I say, I'm more awesome-like. I'm creamy and dense, with swirls of caramel, and chunks of toasted walnut. I'm a bit pricier, but much fancier. Order
